ChatGPT subscription shows blue question mark icon in App Store
When I view my subscriptions in the App Store, the ChatGPT app displays a blue question mark instead of the proper app icon. The subscription itself is active and working normally - this appears to be only a visual display issue in the subscriptions list.
I’ve tried:
• Restarting my iPhone
• Signing out and back into my iCloud account
• The issue persists
My internet connection is working fine - all other apps and App Store content load normally.
Device: iPhone 16 Pro
iOS version: iOS 26 (latest stable)
Is this a known bug with the App Store icon cache, and is there a fix beyond restarting the device?
