Apple Watch Series 5 adding a workout
How do i add a workout if i forgot to start it when i was exercising? Ie i did a workout this morning but it didn't pick up on my watch so i would like to track/add it now.

In the Health App tap on the browse tab at the
bottom then tap activity and scroll down to workouts
then tap on workouts and in the the top right hand
corner of the screen it says add data,tap on that and
you can enter a new workout and when you're finished tap on add at the top right of the screen.
But be aware that doing this will NOT add any credit to your 3 rings but will add it to your totals in the health app.

Ok thanks for the update! This may be something Apple should look at including in a future update for us forgetful people!
There is no way to do so after the fact.
