one year membership on Apple Music but still being charged
I bought a one year Apple Music membership but have been charged to use it for a few months. How can I fix this problem?
Verify the administration of these charges:
- View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support. This would list a billing cycle duration and a next billing date for each active subscription. It is not possible to have multiple Apple Music subscriptions of different types at the same time on the same account.
- See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support. All charges to your Apple ID account would be specified, including subscription fees.
- If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support. Other reasons for unfamiliar charges.
