Disabled Apple I tune account

good morning,,, my I tunes account is disabled so I can’t purchase Neflix.

I think I know why!

few weeks ago I was checking my credit card (used to pay I tunes)and noticed monthly purchases from Apple I tunes ,different amounts and some of $14,00 or so that I Didn’t recognize at the moment!

I was too quick to assume it’s wrong charge and I called my credit card company so they cancelled my card and got refund from Apple I tunes!

When I wanted to watch Neflix I realized mistake I made ,,, also amount of $14,00 was not familiar to me bc When I ordered Neflix I was paying and I ordered only standard for $8,89 or so!

My question is how can I correct this and be able to have my Apple I tune app back!!

Please help ,, I really miss it!
