iPhone X backup

My question is I’m trying to backup yesterday my phone what happened is when I backup my phone I missed some step and I backup like a new phone and I tray so many times is there any way backup my photos?

I am not clear what do you mean by "backup like a new phone", There is no such thing.


You may setup your iPhone as new. If you have backup then please restore from it.

Did you turn on iCloud? *-If you had turned on iCloud Photos, your content is automatically stored in iCloud. 


With the limited information that you have provided, It is hard had to even guess the problems faced by you.
