Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections turn on by itself
My Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection turns on by itself. How can I stop that from happening

How are you trying to turn them off? You can only turn WiFi and BT off by going to Settings>WiFi or Settings>BT. If you're using the Control Center, that just disconnects your device from WiFi or BT.
