I pad won't turn on, apple logo appears and then goes off

My I Pad won't turn on, apple logo appears briefly then shuts off and screen goes black.

Anyone have this happen?

See this, If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support If you continue to have problems after following those steps, contact Apple Support as recommended in the support document.
