Where are my Apple TV purchases?

Haven't used my Apple TV lately, but bought a new MacBook Air, and none of my purchases are in my library. Please advise.

Any past purchases from the iTunes Store are available in the Library, when signed in with the same Apple ID account as was used for the purchase.

Similar to the old iTunes, the TV app on your new Mac has a sign-in option (menu Account), in addition to the registration for the computer. When not signed in for the app, your library items from your account are not available there yet.
