Whilst iPad6 can be charged with a Power Adapter rated at 20W or greater, there is no benefit. iPad6 does not support USB-PD (Power Delivery) Fast Charging.
The maximum supported charging rate for iPad6 is 12W (i.e., 2.4A @5V).

The 20W Power Adapter is fully compatible (and safe to use) with your iPad6 - or any model of iPad/iPhone. Your iPad will charge at its maximum supported charging rate.
When using the 20W USB-C Power Adapter, you will of course require a USB-C to Lightning charging cable.
No.
No basse model ( 5th-9th gen ) iPads support fast charging.
Sorry.
It's good to know that's is there no benefit of using 20w for IPad 6, but is it safe to use it, as my 12w charger is damaged and i have one USB C 20w charger and need to use it, so is it safe to use?
