unable to us phone it says cellular update failed what do i do its not letting me update to the 15.1 because it says that im not connected to the internet but im connected to wifi

How is the range of the mobile network?

See this Apple article: If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

You need Wi-Fi network, see this Apple article: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204051


If Low Power Mode is On, charge the iPhone.

Wait until the battery is fully charged (100%).

The Low Power Mode will turned off automatically.


Then you can perform the cellular update, see this Apple article:

Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad
