AirPods Pro Case

My AirPods Pro case stays stuck on green all the time no matter what I do. I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing helps. Because it stays on green, it won't charge my AirPods and therefore they can't pair with my iPhone. It's not flashing green. It's a constant green light.

Please help me understand what is happening here. Thanks.

My Airpods are charged and the light is green, but it won't turn turn white - how can I fix this? My Airpods are charged and the light is green on the case, but when I remove the airpods from the case, it remains green and when I hold down the reset button it does not flash white (just stays green).
