Apple Cash insufficient fund

I don’t use Apple Pay or cash to pay for my online purchases and stuff like that I always use my card. When I tried adding my digital card into my wallet it wouldn’t let me and told me to talk to my card issuer. I have tried multiple times to remove Apple Cash from my wallet but it won’t let me remove it each time I go into my Wallet and press on my Apple Card I see all these transactions but I don’t ever remember buying anything from apple or using Apple Pay to buy anything. It says apple.com/bill declined- insufficient funds. But it just doesn’t make sense because I do not use Apple Pay. And it’s multiple transactions of the same thing apple.com/bill, when I go to my bank account to see the transactions I’ve made with my card I only see three transactions that say apple.com/bill but on my wallet it tells me I have 14 transactions with apple.com/bill, someone please help me! Should I still contact my bank about these 14 transactions on my Apple Pay?

Visit support.apple.com/billing to review your purchases, subscriptions, and billing details. You likely have outstanding purchases/subscriptions that are attempting to bill you.
