Can someone tell me what is the default is like when I got my new iMac is? Can you give me a screen shot for Focus Preference when new in default mode for new setup i think mine sone how got messed up somewhere.

Just create a new user and look at the focus settings. That will be the defaults. Set up your account the way those are set.

Got it. Best we can offer is this: Set up a Focus on Mac - Apple Support
Our default is Do Not Disturb on the left only, none of the other options like the article shows.
On the right, both boxes are empty, unlike the picture in the help article. Hope this helps.

We would like to see how we can help you with Focus on macOS. There is not a specific button for returning it to it's default, but you can remove your Focus with the steps in this link: Change Focus preferences on Mac - Apple Support

From the screenshot you've provided, under "Turn on Automatically" there is an option for 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. If you want to remove this option, select it, then click -.
