Wireless charging battery chime

When I charge my iPhone 13 Pro Max wirelessly it will make the ‘on charge’ chime randomly in the night waking me up. Sometimes multiple times. There doesn’t seem to be a pattern to it. This morning it woke me up at a time that may have coincided with it reaching full charge. Can’t turn the sound off or my alarm won’t sound. Just upgraded to iOS 16 and it happened before and after this upgrade.
