What is the difference between apple China duckhead rated 2.5A 250V (Model: CH677-28658) and USA duckhead rated 2.5A 125V (Model: A1555) in terms of electricity?
Can I use the above USA duckhead in 230V electrical socket if it fits perfectly in this socket and associated adapter is rated 100-240V 1.5A 50-60Hz input?
Please also give me a reason why usable or unusable.

Let's start by the actual "charging" circuitry in an Apple laptop is built-into the device itself. What you connect to it is a power adapter. This circuity is "smart," in that it will not accept more current than is necessary to fully charge the laptop's battery.
The Apple power adapters are designed to work in a range of voltages that are available world-wide. Their "Travel Kit," in turn, allows you to switch out the adapter's duckhead to physically accomodate the electrical wall outlet type in the country that you are visiting.
Interestingly, all of these Apple duckheads are made in China.

I know the circuitry in the Apple power adapter can work in a wide range of voltage and it will provide compatible voltage supply to the connected equipment.

Can I use the USA duckhead rated 125V in my country 230V electrical socket that physically fits the duckhead’s pins?
If I can use, why is the duckhead labeled with 125V only?
If I cannot use, what is the reason?
(USA duckhead is rated 125V while similar China duckhead is rated 250V. I presume there is no internal electrical-curcuity difference between USA duckhead and China duckhead. )
