my dad just set up an air tag for my wallet cause he has an iPhone and I don't yet but I cant see the airtag in my find my app even though I can see everything else in his apple ecosystem because we are in a family group why cant I see the air tag in my wallet?

AirTags are not shareable over Family Sharing yet. Only his devices will be able to see and track the AirTag.
When iOS 17 is releases later this year, AirTags will be shareable.
