Placed Mac mini under student offer while placing order i made payment my account get debited but order not placed . Now my fund get stuck. Now I couldn’t enjoy student discount .

Why is the 'Buy' button missing when purchasing an app in the Mac App Store? Hello! I’m experiencing an issue when trying to purchase the Icon Slate app in the Mac App Store. After clicking the “Buy” button in the store, a popup appears with information about the app, my Apple ID, and the price, but there is no confirmation button (“Buy”) in that popup. The only visible option is “Cancel”. Here’s a screenshot: the popup shows all the details, but there is no way to confirm the purchase. I’ve tried restarting both the App Store and my Mac, and I’ve verified that my Apple ID is properly signed in. Payment settings and restrictions are all in order. Any idea what could be causing this? Payment has been made but apps crashed Hi. I have made a payment for a year subscription with crewlounge pilotlog apps. Unfortunately the apps failed and crash but the payment already went through. Could you please check on your end? Thanks.
