Hello I have an issue with the enterprise that I am a part of, we have a fleet of iPhones which are not in ABM and have a lot of user data. When they get a new ABM iPhone they cannot transfer their icloud data from their previous non ABM iPhone. Is there a way to migrate the icloud data from the non ABM iPhone to an ABM iPhone without losing any of the data?

If they log into iCloud, data like contacts, calendars, wallet items, and email may move over. If you're wanting to move a backup of the device, this is not possible. This is because the non-ABM devices are not supervised and the ABM devices are supervised, making backups incompatible between the two.
