apple mac pro a1186 it chimes on start-up but no display

Hi I have tried another graphics card and it's the same as the one I have and it does the same

Also I had another go got chimes went through it's stuff came on screen just about to log in and the fans start to race and screen went off cat a chime after that so I turned off tried restart no chime

I think it's getting hot do you think it's cutting out because off the heat sinks may need to be reseated in paste with some fresh paste what you think

Also do you no where I can get a boot disk from

Had it on but no on apple I had a spare HD with Windows on and it came on so graphic card I listed works

How do I get this graphic card to work with 10.11 el capitan

So there is no other way I can do this

Can I install this by using a Windows 10 laptop install the software on drive and then transplant it back in the tower when it's done is this possible

If I install mac on a pc harddrive is possible then will a normal laptop run macos base software

No just a normal laptop

Why do they make it so difficult
