No USB Type-C signal MacBook Pro M1 with Monitor Dell U2722DE Yesterday I come back home and turn on my Mac and my monitor was not 'connecting' with "No USB Type-C signal" message. Like the Mac was turned off. So weird because it's always on and charging with USB-C. Open the lid and login to the Mac and notice an update, "Oh! it's something at the Mac"… restarted and after OS update same error "… No signal". Turn the Mac and monitor off multiple times and nothing, changed the USB cord, connected HDMI (with adapter). I was not able to understand or get it fix… After browsing a while at reedit found the solution. Unplug and plug in the monitor after 5 minutes. Unbelievable. I am running El Capitan 10.11.6

It is a reinstalled software they say its plug and play

Is this the wrong version
