Radeon video driver updates discontinued?

The Bootcamp drivers for the Radeon Pro W5700X / W5500X / W6600X / W6800X / W6900X haven't been updated in a year. Is driver development for these cards officially dead since Apple has moved on to silicon (but apparently still sells the cards)?

Apple is probably satisfied with the Drivers they included in your Mac.

Unless there are bugs that affect security, or grossly impede performance, they have little incentive to update the official drivers. Updating periodically implies there are shortcomings in the original drivers.

However, Mac Pro performance and modification hobbyists may have some unsupported Drivers you could add, at your own risk, or course. Whether the risk is payed back in performance increases is unknown to me. Search major sites for such discussions, but be extremely cautious.
