printing only part of a spreadsheet page in numbers on MacBook Air

Is there a way to print only part of a page in Numbers on Macbook Air M3? or print the bottom of 1 page and the top of the next page only?

MacBook Air 15″, macOS 15.2

Numbers will default to printing the entire table (or tables) across as many pages as it takes, based on your current printer settings.

There is no direct support for printing only a subset of a table.

The best you can do is select the area you want printed and choose Edit -> Copy Snapshot

This takes a standalone snapshot of what you have selected. You can paste this onto a new sheet, and you'll just have the data you want. Printing this sheet should get you what you want.

Note that as a snapshot, it reflects the cell values as they were when you copied, and they don't update as the source data changes, so to get up-to-date data you'd need to re-do the Copy Snapshot action for subsequent printing runs.

The alternative to this is if there is a specific area you want to repeatedly print, you could create a separate sheet/table that points back to your source data, and use that for printing.
