Why does Apple TV keep logging me out?

I have apple tv installed on a number of devices on 3 tvs.


We are mostly unable to watch Apple TV because we just get logged out of every device every time we try.


What is going on? On the verge of unsubscribing and binning the entire service it's been going on for months and we can't get a response about it.


No other app does this. Discovery, Disney, sky, paramount all stay logged in no issues.... why can't apple tv???


Installed on:


1 x samsung tv

1 x hisense tv


Plus the sky pucks attached to the tv and a third puck attached to a tv (no native app there)


None of the logins work we have to unlock and sign back in every time then in most cases when we start to watch something 'sign in to watch' and we just give up.


Pretty tech savy here but this is beating me.

Nah. That wasn't the issue.


I've, finally, spent an hour on the phone to second line security and back in the days, oh before most of you were born, I had two email addresses, somehow they had got tangled and linked together and I never authorised my main one (how I don't know) but the secondary one, with all the confusion the new security was getting wobblies with the account, but after long discussions the two accounts are now separate and not linked anymore and my main account is finally all authorised and two factored.


So... Victory... in a way... took 3 agents patience and about 3 hours to get to the 'fixed' point.
