Cognitive accessibility- locked on this accessability feature and can’t get out

i recentily received an iphone 16 pro, so i’m looking at features in accessibility. now i can only see the larger icons. how can i reset my phone to get access to settings? have asked sri to restart, and i come back to this same screen. thank you scherie

To exit Assistive Access at any time, triple-click the side button, tap Exit Assistive Access, then enter the Assistive Access passcode.
