concatenate result is on two lines within a cell instead of one?

When I concatenate the result is on two lines wihin a cell instead of one? Seems to happen if the concatenate is an embedded formula. Has anyone else seen this result?

One possiblity is that you have 'Wrap text in cell' selected in (in the Text tab).

But it is hard to say without seeing what your document and formula look like.

Could you post a screenshot?

shift-command-4, drag to select area, release, start a new post here and use the mountains-and-moon 'Image insertion' icon to attach the screenshot from the Desktop.
