Unable to get response from Apple via Chat or Phone for a charge

getting charged for apple+, but can't get it on my TV. Can't get a response from apple thru chat or phone call

All I can suggest is to check your account to verify that you have an active subscription for Apple TV Plus (as far as charges, you would need to refer to email invoices from Apple to verify inidivudal charges, credit card and similar statements are not enough as they will not specify what the charge is for). If that is verified then make sure you are signed in with the same account used to activate the subscription.


Also be aware that if you are using a smart TV that it needs to support the Apple TV app in order to access the service. If you have one that is not supported then you would need to use an external streaming device (Apple TV box, Roku, Google TV, Firestick).

If you still want to speak with Apple directly then you will need to try calling them again.
